Serendipity Labs, headquartered in Rye, New York, and currently expanding its Stamford location, has officially opened a 14,000-square-foot facility in Columbus, Ohio”™s Capitol Square district.
Another Columbus location, totaling 22,000 square feet, is due to open later this year. Both are operated by franchise development partner Renascent Hospitality, owned by Columbus natives and business owners Trevor Warner and Scott Somerville.
Earlier this year, Serendipity ”“ a self-proclaimed “upscale hospitality brand” in the co-working industry ”“ kicked off an international expansion via a joint venture with Chinese co-working firm UrWork. At that time Serendipity Labs CEO John Arenas told the Business Journal that he expects his firm to make inroads into Canada and Europe in the next year.
