Ginsburg Development and RM Friedland have announced that nine new leases for more than 40,000 square feet of space have been signed for Ginsburg’s City Square/50 Main St., complex in White Plains, which has undergone a reimagining that continues with the addition of new retail offerings.
The complex features a two-acre park, a cafeteria with outdoor dining facilities, and a state-of-the-art gym and fitness center that includes a golf simulator and outdoor putting green. Business amenities include a lecture hall and training room, private dining and conference room and an executive boardroom.
