Henkel, the Stamford headquartered manufacturer of soaps, detergents, adhesives, and coatings for the consumer market was named by Forbes magazine as one of the best employers in the entire state of Connecticut.
The list is compiled by surveying more than 160,000 employees across the US at thousands of different companies. They are polled on their employee expeiernece including working conditions, salary, potential for growth, and diversity. Only a handful of businesses are recognized as Best-in-State for each state.

In addition to its Stamford offices which serve as the North American Consumer Brands headquarters, Henkel’s General Manufacturing & Maintenance headquarters are in Rocky Hill, Connecticut, with satellite locations in Darien and Trumbull. Altogether the company has almost 1000 employees in the state.
