UC Funds has originated a $28 million first mortgage under its new Low Floater Program to refinance the Park Square West Apartments in downtown Stamford. Boston-based UC Funds touts the program as “a fast, flexible and reliable capital solution with more than $1 billion in available capital for direct lending.”
Located at 101 Summer St., Park Square West is a 143-unit Class A multifamily housing development featuring over 10,000 square feet of ground retail space, a state of the art fitness center and a new restaurant, Kashi Sushi Lounge. Rents range from $1,660 to $2,900. Built in 2002, the development is owned by Lincoln Property Co.
