The Westchester Bank will open a branch at 51 S. Moger Ave. in Mount Kisco.
Justin Maneen will be the vice president and branch manager for the Mount Kisco location, the bank”™s fourth in Westchester County.

A grand-opening celebration is planned for Nov. 8, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the new branch.
