Middletown-based Orange County Trust Co. announced Timothy McCausland has been appointed as chief administrative officer.
McCausland, who has been with the bank since 2010, according to a statement from the company, is being promoted from his position as senior vice president and will oversee strategic planning, legal, governance and marketing matters.
McCausland previously worked for Northwestern Mutual, JPMorgan Chase and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, and served as president of the Sullivan County Partnership for Economic Development in Monticello.
Orange County Trust Co. provides products and services for individuals and businesses from nine locations in the mid-Hudson Valley region.
