Franco Fellah, executive vice president at HK Group, with offices in Stamford and Westport, has finalized the sale of 370 Westport Ave. in Norwalk for $2,950,000.
The 4,413-square-foot, two-story building sits on a 0.35-acre lot. The only tenant is publicly traded Bankwell, with its newly built drive-thru branch.
The seller was 370 Westport Avenue LLC, and the buyer was Delaware-based The Beach House LLC.
Attorney Steven Siegelaub of Berkowitz, Trager & Trager in Westport represented the seller and attorney Steven Baron in Stamford represented the buyer.
“Given the strong credit of the tenant and their lease term, this $668-per-square-foot sale testifies to the strong interest in high-quality real estate investments located in Fairfield County,” Fellah said in a press release. Fellah was the sole broker involved in the transaction.
