Stocks were rallying as of this writing last week following reports of rising oil prices and better-than-expected corporate earnings from the likes of Wells Fargo and Morgan Stanley. And the Dow kept its head above the 10,000 mark. Is Wall Street getting back to business as usual?
Not quite. But the fervor is intoxicating and does make for speculations of intriguing possibilities.
