Tompkins Financial Corp. has promoted Matthew Tomazin to executive vice president, chief financial officer (CFO) and treasurer, effective Oct. 1.
Tomazin is currently senior vice president and treasurer of the company. Prior to joining Tompkins, Tomazin was at NBT Bank for 11 years, rising to the position of assistant treasurer.
