Tompkins Mahopac Bank in Brewster has appointed Jeffrey Dygert to vice president, commercial banking regional manager for Putnam County.
With 18 years of banking experience, Dygert joined Tompkins Mahopac from TD Bank, where for nearly six years he was a vice president for commercial lending for the Bronx and northern Manhattan. He worked with small-business clients in Westchester County in prior positions as a vice president at Key Bank and The Bank of New York.
In his new role, Dygert will develop and manage commercial loan relationships, increase market share for the bank within Putnam County and identify new opportunities for growth, Tompkins Mahopac Bank officials said.
Dygert and his family reside in Fishkill. He is a member of the Bronx Overall Economic Development Corp.
Owned by Tompkins Financial Corp., a financial services holding company based in Ithaca, Tompkins Mahopac Bank has 15 branches in Putnam, Dutchess and Westchester counties.
