New leases, renewals at medical pavilion
The Westchester Medical Pavilion in White Plains announced approximately 22,000 square feet in new leases, renewals and expansions.
Among the new tenants are Upper Cervical Chiropractic, AP Progressive Dental, Scott Newman M.D., Westchester Cardiac Associates and Sports Care Physical Therapy.
The property owner, North Street Community L.L.C., has invested more than $4 million in renovations and upgrades to the building over the past several years and is bringing online an additional 28,000 square feet of medical office space on the ground level.
Greater Hudson Bank reports earnings growth
Greater Hudson Bank N.A., announced earnings of $918,000 for the third quarter of 2011, an increase of 48.3 percent from the same period of 2010 when earnings were $619,000.
Headquartered in Middletown and founded in 2002, Greater Hudson Bank has four branches spread between Orange, Rockland and Westchester counties.
The bank also reported significant increases in assets, net loans and deposits for the third quarter. Relative to the third quarter of 2010, total assets increased by 20.2 percent to $302.1 million, net loans by 19.4 percent to 142.8 million, and deposits by 16.8 percent to $249.1 million.
“During the third quarter, the bank was ”¦ able to take advantage of a decline in interest rates and sell some of its investment securities for a gain,” said Eric J. Wiggins, president and CEO of Greater Hudson Bank, in a statement.
