Hudson Valley Holding Corp., the parent company of Hudson Valley Bank, announced that CEO Stephen R. Brown and Chief Financial Officer Michael J. Indiveri will make presentations at the 2014 KBW Community Bank Investor Conference.
The conference, hosted by investment banking firm Keefe, Bruyette and Woods, will be held in New York City on July 29-30.
Hudson Valley Holding Corp. and Hudson Valley Bank are headquartered in Yonkers. Hudson Valley Bank has $3.0 billion in assets, $2.6 billion in deposits and 18 branches in Westchester County, according to the bank’s website. Hudson Valley Holding Corp. stock trades on the New York Stock Exchange and has a market capitalization of almost $360 million.
