For $375 million, J.F. Lehman & Co. is selling its controlling interest in Atlantic Inertial Systems to Goodrich Corp., with Cheshire-based AIS selling rugged, “gun hard” sensors and gyroscopes for use in military equipment.
Charlotte, N.C.-based Goodrich has a Danbury lab and manufacturing center that produces optical equipment for military use.
AIS has about $180 million in annual revenue selling guidance systems for missiles and bombs; navigation systems for jets; and systems to help stabilize helicopters in flight. The company has 800 employees in Cheshire, New Jersey, Ohio and the United Kingdom.
Less than three months after its spinout from IDT Corp., CTM Media Holdings Inc. launched a tender offer to buy back up to 30 percent of its shares outstanding.

The Stamford-based company distributes brochures that advertise Broadway shows and other offerings, also printing comic books and running a Washington, D.C., radio station. CTM has 165 employees.
For the fiscal year ending in July, CTM reported a net loss of $33 million and revenue of $34 million.
Westport-based Connoisseur Media is acquiring three radio stations in Billings, Mont., from Cherry Creek Radio.
The companies did not disclose financial terms.
