General Electric Co., a Fairfield-based financial services and technology conglomerate, recently named three officers in its finance, global growth and transportation units.
Robert Y. Casper, 50, is now vice president and chief data officer for GE Capital. Previously, he worked at Morgan Stanley in senior roles, serving most recently as managing director.
Fengming Liu, 56, was appointed as vice president and general counsel for government affairs and policy of the Greater China region for GE’s Global Growth Organization. Liu joined GE in 2011. He previously was the vice president and associate general counsel for Microsoft in Beijing.
Dominique Malenfant, 52, was named vice president of global technology for GE Transportation. He joined GE from Bombardier Transportation, where he most recently served as vice president of global product and engineering in the company’s propulsion and control unit.
