Bunge Ltd. Last week declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 17 cents per share of common stock. The dividend is payable Feb. 29, 2008, to shareholders of record on February 15, 2008.
The company declared a quarterly cash dividend of $1.21875 per share on its 4.875 percent cumulative convertible perpetual preference shares. The dividend is payable on March 1, 2008, to shareholders of record on Feb. 15, 2008.
Bunge also declared an initial dividend of $16.23 per share on its 5.125 percent cumulative mandatory convertible preference shares. The dividend is payable on March 1, 2008, to shareholders of record on February 15, 2008, and covers the period from Nov. 7, 2007, through Feb. 29, 2008.
