New Canaan’s annual Dog Days event returns on Saturday May 4 at the New Canaan Nature Center.
The event, hosted by New Canaan’s own Pet Pantry Warehouse, will feature free entertainment centered around canine companions.
Dog friendly ice cream and beer will be provided, alongside more traditional treats served up by waiters in tuxedos. A “sniffari” tent will let dogs follow their noses to additional food rewards and a lure course provide additional enrichment for furry friends, paired with professional photographers who can capture those moments of joy.
A Star Wars themed scavenger hunt throughout the downtown area will also offer an engaging diversion for younger humans.
