Norwalk ballet school expands to Westport

Norwalk-based Connecticut Theater Ballet has acquired approximately 4,000 square feet of studio space at 15 Ketchum St. in Westport to create Westport Dance Studios. The new space has three separate dance studios, a student dressing room with lockers, a lounge and study area, a full kitchen, bathrooms with shower, and a playroom for younger siblings.

According to CTB Founder and Executive Director Michelle Sperry, the expansion will allow both studios in Norwalk ”“ at 327 Main Ave. ”“ and Westport to be utilized for a more diversified class curriculum allowing for extensive genres of dance and all levels of classes for dancers of all ages and abilities.
