Harman International Industries, the Stamford-based subsidiary of Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., has announced the renewal and expansion of its multiyear partnership with the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, D.C.
As the official “Sound of the Kennedy Center” vendor, Harman will be involved in the audio aspects of the Kennedy Center”™s REACH expansion project, which will add three pavilions covering 72,000 square feet of interior space plus 4.6 acres of green space and gardens to the center”™s campus. The partnership renewal will also enable Harman to continue its work within the venue”™s Edward Durell Stone building.
