The Boyce Thompson Center, the 85,000-square-foot mixed-use development in Yonkers, has a new tenant on its roster.
Starbucks Coffee has opened at 2,049-square-foot cafe on the plaza level in the south wing of the center at 1086 N. Broadway.
The $35 million center is now more than 90 percent leased, according to its developer, Simone Development Cos.
“We are particularly pleased that Starbucks Coffee has opened, an exciting addition that will serve as a destination point for area businesses and the general public,” said Joanna Simone, vice president of leasing and property management operations for Simone Development.
ISO, a Japanese sushi restaurant that leased 2,580 square feet, is also expected to open in the near future, along with Executive Wine & Spirits.
“Retail leasing activity at the Boyce Thompson Center has exceeded our expectations,” Simone said.
Other tenants include Fortina, The Taco Project, Tompkins Mahopac Bank, Ultimate Spectacle, St. John”™s Riverside Hospital and Westmed Medical Group.
