A longtime Westport BBQ eatery is returning in a new location, more than a year after its closure.
Bobby Q”™s Cue & Co., which was a staple of the Westport restaurant scene for a dozen years before shutting down in April 2016, has reopened at 11 Merwin St. in Norwalk in The Block at Waypointe, a mixed-use development featuring restaurants, retail and luxury residential apartments. The new location covers 4,300 square feet and can accommodate up to 140 people for indoor and outdoor dining.
The restaurant focuses on barbecue and American fare for a lunch and dinner crowd. It highlights smokehouse chili, wings, ribs, pulled pork and brisket as being among its most popular dishes. The restaurant”™s owners also operate Bobby Q’s Pit Stop in Riverside.
