Regus, the multinational company that provides executive and virtual offices and shared workspace, has opened its eighth business center in Westchester County at 100 S. Bedford Road in Mount Kisco, where the company has leased 14,896 square feet of space.
The deal was announced by CBRE Group Inc. David Block of CBRE”™s Westchester/Connecticut office and Peter Danna of the firm”™s Dallas operations represented Regus, which they said operates more than 140,000 square feet of office space throughout Westchester.
Block said the South Bedford Road building “met all of Regus”™ very specific requirements” for an office location in the northern Westchester market. The 91,000-square-foot, Class A office property is owned by Diamond Properties, the commercial real estate investment and management company in Mount Kisco.
Michael Berretta, Regus vice president for development, said in the announcement the company”™s expansion into northern Westchester “enables Regus to meet the ongoing demand for flexible office space in the market.”
Headquartered in Luxembourg and calling itself the world”™s largest provider of workspace, Regus operates a network of 2,800 offices in 106 countries that serve 2.3 million Regus members and encompasses 43 million square feet of office space.
