RSP Group LLC recently closed on its $11.1 million purchase of 90 S. Ridge St. in Rye Brook from BRG Rye Brook LLC. The two-story, 75,000-square-foot office building is occupied by medical and professional tenants.
Robert S. Ocko, managing partner of the real estate and corporate practice groups at Harrington, Ocko & Monk LLP in White Plains represented RSP Group in the acquisition. The buyer is associated with BNC Insurance Agency Inc. in Rye Brook.
