One Dent of Westchester, a newly formed multispecialty dental practice, has leased 10,000 square feet of office space at 3020 Westchester Ave. in Purchase Professional Park, owners of the Class A medical office campus announced.
One Dent, which integrates four dental practices from the White Plains area, will offer general dentistry and all dental specialties under one roof as a single provider, said Dr. Stuart Graber, director of the group practice.
“Delivery of medical care overall is changing, and there”™s demand from patients as well as insurers for large, modern practices that combine general practice with all key specialties. Dentistry is no exception, and we”™re pleased that One Dent is the first new-generation dental practice to launch in the tri-state area,” Graber said in a press release. “It”™s wonderful to be locating near other pioneering multispecialty medical practices like Westmed. We believe that significant synergies will come from the availability of coordinated care for medical and dental needs within a single, modern campus.”
Westmed Medical Group, one of Westchester”™s largest multispecialty physician group practices, is a next-door tenant to One Dent at 3030 Westchester Ave. The 85,000-square-foot building opened in 2015 with Westmed as its single occupant.
Purchase Professional Park is owned by Bronx-based Simone Healthcare Development Group and Fareri Associates LP in Greenwich. The four-building campus includes about 220,000 square feet of office and medical space. The owners recently completed a major renovation and modernization of the office park”™s existing buildings and common areas.
Newmark Grubb Knight Frank is the exclusive leasing agent for the property.
