Luxembourg-based office space provider Regus announced this week it has opened a location at Trump Plaza in New Rochelle, marking the company’s fifth workspace location in Westchester County.
The space at 175 Huguenot St. in the Trump Plaza includes furnished offices, meeting rooms, business lounges and virtual offices.
Regus also operates offices in Rye, Tarrytown, White Plains and 15,000 square feet of space at Westchester’s Ridge Hill shopping center in Yonkers. Its Fairfield County locations include Bridgeport, Danbury, Greenwich, Norwalk, Shelton, Stamford, Westport and Wilton.
In a statement, Regus officials said New Rochelle is an ideal city for expansion to because of its access to highways, trains and the Westchester County Airport as well as its growing small business community, housing, dining and professional service opportunities in the downtown area.
Regus Regional Vice President Maria Paitchel said the New Rochelle location will include on-site help and other business services. “Businesses of all sizes can now access our flexible office for any amount of time right in their own community,” she said. “Everything is ready to go, which frees our clients to focus on growing their companies.”
Founded in Belgium in 1989, Regus has 3,000 locations in 120 countries.
