Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut and Westchester County, which operates 51 offices across the Nutmeg/Empire state line, has relocated its headquarters from Main Street in Ridgefield to Apple Ridge Road in Danbury.
The company will occupy 7,000 square feet of space on the second floor at 40 Apple Ridge Road. The property is sited in what Coldwell Banker in a statement described as “a parklike setting that is conveniently located within two miles of Interstate 84 and Route 7 near Danbury Mall.”
The new space offers two meeting rooms adaptable for education and career-development programs, a conference room that can accommodate up to 60 (or smaller numbers when segmented) and a smaller facility designed for “focused professional development opportunities.”
The former address was 360 Main St. in Ridgefield.
The new office is in the same building as Cartus Corp., a global relocation company. Both Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and Cartus Corp. are part of Realogy Holdings Corp., a global leader in real estate franchising and brokerage that is based in Madison, N.J.
“We are very excited about our new location,” said Cathleen F. Smith, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut and Westchester County. “40 Apple Ridge Road includes state-of-the-art amenities and conveniences that will greatly benefit our marketing, education and administrative teams, as well as our sales offices and affiliated sales associates. Additionally, the building offers access to plenty of parking for employees and visitors.”
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has more than 2,200 affiliated sales associates serving Connecticut and Westchester County.
