Westrock Development LLC in Yonkers recently paid $1.3 million to acquire a 17,575-square-foot industrial building at 97 N. Water St. in Ossining, according to Friedland Realty Advisors in Harrison. The deal was brokered by Andy Grossman of Friedland”™s industrial division.
Following the sale, Clear Cast Technologies Inc. renewed its lease for the entire space as a cold storage facility. Grossman and former Friedland Realty broker Steve Couture represented both the landlord and tenant in the deal.
Robert Friedland, president and CEO of Friedland Realty, also is a co-founder of Westrock Development, his family’s real estate investment company.
In Yonkers, Lubin Flowers LLC leased 145 Saw Mill Road, a 3,450-square-foot property, to Smart Move Moving and Storage. Friedland Realty”™s Tony Lembeck and Elias Everett represented both the landlord and tenant in the short-term lease.
