Brokers at Northeast Private Client Group represented sellers of four multifamily and mixed-use buildings in Westchester County in first-quarter deals totaling $12 million, the Bridgeport-based firm announced.
Edward Jordan, the investment sales firm”™s managing director, and Steven Dambrosio of Northeast”™s White Plains office, exclusively represented the sellers and sourced the buyers of properties in Yonkers, Mount Vernon and New Rochelle.
In Yonkers, Jam 3 Property LLC of Bedford in late March closed on its sale of 106 Locust Hill Ave., a 42-unit apartment building, to an undisclosed Yonkers investor for $4.55 million.
Jordan and Dambrosio also represented Trion Real Estate Management of Yonkers in two Mount Vernon property sales that closed in January and March.
An unnamed Bronx-based investor paid $3.15 million for 6 E. Sidney Ave., a 27,000-square-foot building with six stores and 24 apartments. Trion also sold 5 W. 4th St in Mount Vernon, a 34,000-square foot property with three stores and 36 apartments, to a Bronx-based investor for $3.2 million.
In New Rochelle, the Northeast Private Client Group brokers represented a private investor in Westchester in the $850,000 sale of 259 Webster Ave., a nine-unit multifamily building, to another private investor in the county.
Jordan in the announcement said the brokers leveraged the firm”™s multistate platform “to create competition and source the most qualified buyers for each of these assets.”
Dambrosio noted that multifamily and mixed-use assets in Westchester “are trading at record pricing.”
