John M. Tolomer, president and CEO of The Westchester Bank, has been named to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp.”™s Advisory Committee on Community Banking, made up of 15 community bank leaders from across the country.

The committee provides advice and recommendations to the FDIC on community bank policy and regulatory matters, including the examination of current policies and procedures, credit and lending practices, deposit insurance assessments, insurance coverage and regulatory compliance.
