Mack-Cali Realty Corp. reported leasing 180,732 square feet of commercial space in the second quarter at its properties in Westchester County and Fairfield County, Conn. The Edison, N.J.-based company highlighted four transactions in Westchester in the quarter.
Evening Out, a dinner theater operator, renewed its lease for 75 Clearbrook Road, a 32,720-square-foot office/flex building in Cross Westchester Executive Park in Elmsford.
Mack-Cali was represented by Danielle Rollins, its senior director of leasing.
The New York City Department of Citywide Administrative Services signed a new lease for 20,285 square feet of space at 15 Skyline Drive, a 55,000-square-foot office/flex building in Mid-Westchester Executive Park in Hawthorne.
The tenant was represented in the transaction by CBRE Group”™s John D. Morrill, William V. Cuddy Jr., Sean Wilson and Rachna Desai-Jain. Mack-Cali was represented in-house by Ivan Abry, assistant vice president of leasing.
Progressive Casualty Insurance Co., an insurance provider, renewed its lease for 17,900 square feet of office space at 1 Executive Blvd. in Yonkers and signed an expansion lease for 1,132 square feet of space.
The tenant was represented by Glenn Walsh of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. Mack-Cali was represented by Abry.
The Play Place L.L.C., a children”™s play facility, leased 15,427 square feet at 11 Clearbrook Road in Elmsford”™s Cross Westchester Executive Park. The transactions included a renewal for 8,677 square feet and a 6,750-square-foot expansion.
Mack-Cali was represented in-house by Carol A. McGuire, assistant vice president of leasing.
Industrial tenant signs Elmsford lease
Coastal Tile & Marble Inc., a materials installer for commercial buildings with offices in Westchester and Connecticut, recently signed a long-term lease for 11,280 square feet of flex warehouse space at 102 Fairview Park Drive in Elmsford.
New York Commercial Realty Group in Harrison was the sole broker in the deal. The landlord is Beau Pere Real Estate L.L.C.
New use for bank branch
Ridgewood Savings Bank has subleased its 2,900- square-foot branch office at 843 Bronx River Road in Yonkers to AT&T, brokers at Houlihan-Parnes Realtors L.L.C. announced.
Jeremiah Houlihan, senior director at Houlihan-Parnes, represented Ridgewood, which has seven years remaining on its Yonkers lease. Paul A. Michels, of Cullen and Dykman L.L.P. in Manhattan, was legal counsel for Ridgewood.
