Owners of a four-building medical office campus in New Rochelle recently sold their property at a price nearly 48 percent above their purchase price in 2003.
Centrock Corp., a 20-year-old Manhattan real estate development and investment company, paid $22.5 million last month for Lockwood Medical Center, a 91,000-square-foot multitenant medical office complex that adjoins Montefiore New Rochelle Hospital at 110, 140, 140-A and 150 Lockwood Ave. The seller, Lockwood Realty L.L.C., is an entity of Greenridge Management Corp. in White Plains and Sirius L.L.C., a Manhattan real estate management and investment company owned by Armonk resident Jesse Krasnow.
Lockwood Realty partners paid approximately $15.25 million for the medical office campus in 2003, according to Westchester County land records.
