Mount Kisco office complex sold

The real estate entity of a Mount Kisco accounting firm, Victor J. Cannistra C.P.A. P.C., recently closed on its $2.35 million purchase of Kensico Corporate Park, a two-building, 26,000-square-foot office complex at 43-45 Kensico Drive in Mount Kisco.

The seller, Samae Realty Corp., built the property and managed it since 1970.

Commercial real estate brokers Phyllis and Trevor Tunnell, of T Square Properties Inc. in White Plains, represented both parties in the deal. The Tunnells said the new owner and partial occupant plans significant upgrades to the property.
