Mack-Cali Realty Corp. reported third-quarter leasing that totaled 207,232 square feet of space at its office office/flex properties in Westchester County.
The New Jersey-based company highlighted these deals for the quarter:
Ӣ Wright Brothers Services, a freight transportation company, leased a total of 18,845 square feet of space in Mack-CaliӪs Cross Westchester Executive Park in Elmsford and South Westchester Executive Park in Yonkers.
In Elmsford, the company renewed for 5,255 square feet at 150 Clearbrook Road and for 6,685 square feet renewal at 200 Clearbrook Road. The company added 6,725 square feet of space at 1 Odell Plaza in Yonkers.
Mack-Cali was represented in-house by leasing director Danielle Rollins.
”¢ JPMorgan Chase Bank signed a lease renewal for 15,880 square feet of office space at 11 Martine Ave. in Mack-Cali”™s Westchester Financial Center in White Plains.
Gerald Lees of Cushman & Wakefield brokered the deal for the tenant. Carol A. McGuire, senior director of leasing at Mack-Cali, represented the owner.
”¢ Micromold Products Inc., a manufacturer of fluid-flow equipment, newly leased 12,991 square feet of office/flex space at 7 Odell Plaza in Yonkers.
Howard Greenberg of Howard Properties Ltd. represented the tenant, while Mack-Cali was represented in-house by Ivan Abry, senior director of leasing.
”¢ ADT L.L.C., a provider of electronic security, interactive home and business automation, and monitoring services, renewed its lease for 11,420 square feet of office/flex space at 125 Clearbrook Road in Elmsford.
Paul Jacobs of CBRE brokered the deal for the tenant. Abry represented Mack-Cali.
