Half a million dollars worth of renovations are complete at a medical office building in Norwalk.
Located at 83 Ave. E. in Norwalk, renovations at the multi-tenant building include a repainted facade and new landscaping, lobbies, hallways and bathrooms.
Officials at GHP Office Realty, a division of Houlihan-Parnes Realtors L.L.C., said the renovations are encouraging current tenants to stay and prospective tenants to sign new leases.
Intergroup Association of FAI will be a new tenant and companies that have renewed leases include  Executive House Haircutting, Fairfield Health Services,  marketing company Van Pearl Associates, and the medical practice of Overland, French and Resnick.
In the lease agreements, Brendan Hickey, Bryan Houlihan and Kelly Houlihan of GHP Office Realty represented the owner.
Houlihan-Parnes Realtors manages more than six million square feet of property in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Texas.
