Mack-Cali Realty Corp. signed five tenants to new, renewed and expanded leases in the second quarter at its office and warehouse properties in Westchester County.
”¢ Xand Operations L.L.C., a provider of data center infrastructure and business continuity solutions, has leased two buildings totaling 131,078 square feet of office space in Mack-Cali”™s Mid-Westchester Executive Park in Hawthorne. The deals included a 46,078-square-foot renewal at 11 Skyline Drive and a 43,632-square-foot renewal and 41,368-square-foot expansion at 17 Skyline Drive.
Mack-Cali was represented in-house by Carol A. McGuire, senior director of leasing.
”¢ Evening Out Inc., a dinner theater operator, renewed its lease for the entire 32,720-square-foot office/flex building at 75 Clearbrook Road in Cross Westchester Executive Park in Elmsford.
Mack-Cali was represented in-house by leasing director Danielle Rollins.
”¢ Knighted L.L.C., a developer of warehouse management and logistics software, signed a new lease for 30,000 square feet of space at 555 Taxter Road in Elmsford”™s Taxter Corporate Park.
The tenant was represented by a Newmark Grubb Knight Frank team of Keith Cade, Dominick Soltero and Glenn Walsh. Mack-Cali was represented in-house by Louis Amalfitano, senior director of leasing.
”¢ Fire-End & Croker Corp., a provider of interior fire equipment, signed lease renewals for 12,621 square feet of office and flex space at 7 Westchester Plaza and for 4,786 square feet at 8 Westchester Plaza in Elmsford”™s Cross Westchester Executive Park. Mack-Cali said both buildings are fully leased.
Ian Ceppos and Al Gutierrez. brokers at CBRE Inc. in Stamford, represented the tenant. The landlord was represented in-house by Ivan Abry, senior director of leasing.
”¢ Westchester Community Opportunity Program Inc., a private nonprofit social service agency, signed a new lease for 13,312 square feet at 2 Westchester Plaza in Elmsford.
Paul Moulins of Rakow Commercial Realty Group was the tenant”™s broker. McGuire represented Mack-Cali.
Mitchell E. Hersh, president and CEO of New Jersey-based Mack-Cali, in a press release said the company was pleased with second-quarter leasing activity here “as well as the fact that we outperformed all of the markets in which we operate.”
