Stark Office Suites, an executive office leasing company, is expanding its footprint in Fairfield County with a new location at the Greenwich Office Park.
The company, which is in the midst of a growth spurt, will be leasing out about 15,000 square feet of office space for clients on a full- and part-time basis.
“We are pleased to enhance our investment and growth in the Fairfield County business community,” said Adam J. Stark, president of Stark Office Suites, in a release. “We are looking forward to welcoming law firms, consultants, funds/asset managers and other entrepreneurs to our new location.”
The Greenwich office space will increase the company’s footprint by 30 percent, according to company representatives. Stark also recently opened an office venue in  Stamford, and works primarily in New York City and Westchester County, with temporary and permanent office space for rent in Manhattan, White Plains, Mount Kisco, Harrison and Scarsdale.
