More than 150 developers, brokers, architects, site selectors and other guests went on the City Showcase: New Rochelle tour Sept. 20, organized by the Blueprint for Westchester.
This was the second in the series the group has organized to spur economic development in the county. According to Gregory Merchant, a member of New Rochelle”™s IDA, “This was the best event we”™ve ever had. The top-tier people turned out today.”
