The town of Greenburgh has scheduled a special Town Board meeting Aug. 13 to discuss and vote on a proposal by Game On 365 L.L.C. to operate an indoor sports facility in Hartsdale.
Game On 365 has proposed to construct a temporary indoor sports bubble and to operate a multi-purpose sports facility on the seven-acre, town-owned property at 715 Dobbs Ferry Road, which was formerly the site of Frank”™s Nursery & Crafts Inc. before the company declared bankruptcy.
The board will first vote on the environmental findings related to the Game On 365 proposal under the State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA), and is also scheduled to vote on a resolution authorizing the town to enter into a 15-year lease agreement with Game On 365.
The meeting is scheduled for 9 p.m. at Greenburgh Town Hall.
