More than 450 people attended The Business Council of Westchester”™s 2009 “Forty under Forty” Rising Stars awards ceremony June 11 at 800 Westchester Ave., Rye Brook, which paid tribute to individuals in the county who are making their mark in their chosen profession at a young age. Marsha Gordon, president and CEO of the Business Council, thanked the business community and Robert Weisz, president and CEO of RPW Group, who provided the venue that evening.
