VERNON – East Coast Acquisitions purchased Tri-City Plaza for $62.5 million from DLC and Acadia Realty Trust, according to the broker on the deal CBRE.
Tri-City Plaza is a 295,817-square-foot ShopRite-anchored center situated off I-84. The center is 96% leased and in addition to ShopRite, other notable tenants include TJ Maxx, Home Goods, HomeSense and Hartford HealthCare.
Jeffrey Dunne, David Gavin and Travis Langer of CBRE’s National Retail Partners represented both buyer and sellers.
“Tri City Plaza received significant investor interest due to its high-volume grocery anchor, central position within the market and diverse, e-commerce resistant tenant mix,” Dunne said. “Ownership completed 130,000 square feet of leasing at the center over the last five years, demonstrating the center’s dominance within the market.”
CBRE’s Metro NY National Retail Partners is marketing several attractive investments including 44 Main St., a 23,500-square-foot mixed-use property in Westport; Cortlandt Crossing, a 122,000-square-foot ShopRite anchored in Mohegan Lake (Westchester County); and Livingston Shopping Center, a 138,425-square-foot center on Route 10 in Livingston, NJ.
