GREENWICH – The second home of former Today Show host Kathie Lee Gifford has been listed for $100 million by Sotheby’s International Realty.
Gifford now maintains her primary residence in Franklin, Tenn., where she relocated to in 2019.
The nearly 13,163-square-foot mansion that sits on nearly 3-acres at 108 Cedar Cliff in Riverside had been the home of Gifford and her late husband Frank Gifford, the Hall of Fame New York Giants player, sports commentator and actor, since 1994. The couple purchased the home for $7.8 million.
The estate, which was built in 1930, is also known for being the property that occupies the historic grounds of railroad magnate Henry Francis Shoemaker’s former compound—a Gilded Age legacy that later served as the backdrop for the iconic Cedar Cliff Beach Club. It is a Mediterranean villa situated on a secluded road within Riverside’s Indian Head Association.
The mansion itself has 8 bedrooms, 9 full baths and 5 half-baths, according to the listing.
The grounds rival those of a world-class private resort, according to the listing agent Leslie McElwreath of Sotheby’s. It includes a substantial stone pier and deep-water dock provide immediate access to open water, as well as a seaside tennis court with pergola and lighting.
At the water’s edge, there is a pool and spa paired with a full cabana featuring a fitness center, kitchenette, and changing rooms. Sculpted into the eastern landscape, a series of stone terraces with a bluestone bar directly overlook Greenwich Cove and the vast protected expanse of Greenwich Point Park.
The estate includes a newly installed Ludowici terra cotta roof, rebuilt sun decks, custom East Wing windows, and a full-property generator. With access to a private beach and watercraft facilities, and located less than an hour from Manhattan and minutes from Westchester County Airport, the property offers a rare convergence of seclusion, scale, and global accessibility.
