NORWALK – Success Systems Inc., a software developer for retail store automation, renewed its lease for 5,649 square feet of space at MerrittView, according to commercial real estate broker Choyce Peterson Inc.
Success Systems has been at the 383 Main Ave. location for nearly 10 years under a sublease with the landlord GLIC Real Estate Holding LLC.
Since 2015 Choyce Peterson Principal John Hannigan has represented Success Systems for a relocation to Norwalk from Stamford, a relocation to the sublease at 383 Main Ave. and, upon the expiration of that lease, for a direct deal with the landlord to remain in the space.
“I am honored that Success Systems once again appointed me to represent them for their office lease negotiation,” Hannigan said. “Remaining in their space and renewing was an ideal solution for Success Systems that culminated in favorable economic terms which will enable them to continue to enjoy their great location and amenities.”
GLIC Real Estate Holding was represented by CBRE Executive Vice President Tom Pajolek and Senior Vice President Ned Burns.
Choyce Peterson has an intimate knowledge of MerrittView since it moved its headquarters there in 2014. Since then Hannigan has negotiated more than 80,000 square feet of lease transactions for five different companies there.
