Club Fit’s multi-level fitness floor houses a women’s only workout area, cardio zone, free weights section, strength circuits, boxing area, and dedicated stretching zones. From Cycle, BODYPUMP, and TRX to Yoga, Zumba, Barre, Pilates, Aqua Classes, and even kids’ classes; Club Fit’s 4 Group Fitness studios run over 130 classes a week.
Furthermore, Club Fit features two heated indoor pools for lap swimming, classes and swim lessons, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, basketball, pickleball, racquetball, personal training and so much more.
Coming as a family? Parents can entrust their children ages 5-12 to the energy center and/or nursery which is free for kids ages 4 and under.
