Albert B. Ashforth Inc. ”“ Management Services, a division of The Ashforth Co. in Stamford, has been contracted with the property management assignment for the Bruce Museum in Greenwich, Connecticut.
Ashforth has already completed several HVAC-related projects at the 72,000-square-foot museum, and it will provide a full range of services including property operations, staff employment, training and supervision, contract and work order management, preventative maintenance, accounting and reporting, and construction supervision at the museum. Glenn Rich, property manager for Ashforth, will oversee day-to-day operations of the property along with Laura Supliski as property operations administrator.
