The Rhodium Portfolio of 13 multifamily properties in Bridgeport has been sold for $39.6 million.
The portfolio encompasses 437 units within properties comprised of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments located near Bridgeport Hospital, St. Vincent”™s Medical Center, Total Mortgage Arena, Port Jefferson Ferry and Connecticut”™s Beardsley Zoo.
Northeast Private Capital Group Senior Vice President of Investments Brad Balletto represented the seller, New York City-based Rhodium Capitol Advisors, and procured the buyer, Waterbury-based Blue Garden Management.
