Saint Joseph”™s Medical Center has appointed Dr. David Jerome as medical director of the Family Health Center in downtown Yonkers.
Prior to joining the faculty at Saint Joseph”™s Medical Center, he served patients at Montefiore Medical Group Castle Hill in the Bronx and Sun River Health in Peekskill and Spring Valley. His special areas of interest include preventative medicine, women”™s health, HIV/Hepatitis C management as well as HIV prevention.
Jerome is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Medicine. He is a graduate of Iona University with a Bachelor of Science in biology and received his medical degree at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey School of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his family medicine residency at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center in Queens.
