Eleven units in a 16-unit senior housing residential condominium property at 77 Leroy Ave. in Darien were sold for $7.5 million, or $681,818 per unit.
The CBRE team of Louis Zuckerman and Patrick Colwell marketed the assets, which represent 70% of the property, on behalf of the seller, Pemberton 16 LLC, and also procured the buyer, 77 Leroy LLC.
“The sale transaction was very smooth from both the seller and buyer side,” said Zuckerman. “This is a unique asset that will make an excellent addition for the new owner who is a sophisticated investor and developer.”
