Catherine Wynkoop, president of WestFair Rides in Mount Kisco recently announced the appointment of nonprofit fundraising executive Chris Brandt as development officer. He will oversee fundraising and donor engagement for the volunteer-based provider of rides to medical appointments for older adults and visually impaired adults in the region.
“With the increasing number of older adults in Westchester, we”™re seeing a huge demand for the services we provide,” said Wynkoop.
Brandt brings more than a decade of nonprofit leadership expertise in strategic planning and communications, events, community relations and donor cultivation. Previously he served as director of operations for the Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation, which supports civil servants, military members, first responders and their families nationwide. Earlier in his career, he served as director of community events for the American Cancer Society, where he managed the state of New Jersey event operations. Brandt attended Kean University.
