An investor has bought 2407 and 2423 Fairfield Ave. in Bridgeport for $1.05 million, announced Jon Angel, president of Southport commercial real estate firm Angel Commercial LLC.
Zhao Yin Chen has acquired the 7,788-square-foot building on 0.42 acres ”“ a 24-hour laundromat leases the building ”“ and the adjacent 0.35-acre parcel, which was unimproved at the time of sale.
“The property sold relatively quickly,” said Angel, who represented both parties in the transaction. “There was a long-term lease already in place, which increased the desirability of the asset.”
