RXR Realty, in partnership with ABS Partners and Brause Realty, is now leasing 360 Huguenot in New Rochelle.
Promoted as the first high-rise New Rochelle development to be constructed after the passage of New Rochelle”™s 2015 downtown rezoning initiative, the 28-story apartment building overlooks the Long Island Sound. It features 280 rentals with pricing for studios starting at $1,900 per month to two-bedrooms starting at $3,100. Occupancy is scheduled to begin next month.
