Power Performance Industries (PPI), a Yonkers-headquartered provider of maintenance and repair services to industrial generators and backup power solutions, has been acquired by the GenServe LLC, a portfolio company of the New York City-based private equity firm GenNx360 Capital Partners. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 1995, PPI also offers generator and equipment sales and rentals to public and private-sector clients and the residential real estate market. It operates a second office in Bohemia, New York, and its client base covers Westchester, Long Island, New York City, New Jersey and lower Fairfield County.
